Q. When I send you my medals how will I know if they have arrived safely?
A .We advise always to send your medals/items special
delivery and as soon as they arrive you will be notified by phone or
via-email
Q. Can I take my medals out of their display?
A. Yes, all frames are built for easy access/removal of medals
for those personal requiring to wear them and for cleaning purposes
Q. When shall I send you my medals?
A. We require your medals for the date we have arranged to start your display; this can be flexible in certain cases.
Q. Are these readymade frames?
A. No, frames are all made to fit your display in your chosen hardwood.
Q. What wood do you use as frames?
A. We only use quality solid hardwoods for all our frames.
Q. I can’t send my medals for the date arranged as I require them for a parade.
A. We
do understand that people have certain commitments and cannot release
their medals so measurements can be taken over the phone or sent
via-email with photos so that your display can still go ahead and be
made. Medals will be required for final completion of display .
Q. Do you ship to overseas countries?
A. Yes, but bear in mind that postage rates will differ from country to country.
Q. How much do you charge?
A. As every job is different and delivers a unique military memory we have to price each job individually.
